Refunds

This site charges nothing. There is therefore nothing to refund for anything done on this page. The rules below apply to amounts paid to us directly at a later stage, and they are set out here so they are known before any payment is made.
Deposits
If you cancel before we have begun, any deposit paid to secure the order or booking comes back in full, within 10 business days of a written request, to the originating account.
If we fail to deliver
If, through our own fault, we cannot deliver what was agreed, you receive back every amount paid, in full, with no deduction of any kind.
Once work has started
If you cancel after we have started, we refund what has not yet been committed to materials or labour, and we set out the deduction in writing, itemised, before the refund is issued.
Requesting a refund
Email contact@plastcellusa.online quoting the order reference; we confirm on the same business day and give you the refund date.
Product range
How we work
We make plastic packaging, bags and sacks to order, dealing direct with the customer from the factory floor. We make flexible packaging only, in polypropylene or polyethylene.
